This omakase-style Japanese spot on the Lower East Side offers two options: an understated 10-seat sushi bar serving a tasting menu by chef Eiji Ichimura, and a modern eight-seat kaiseki counter with rich wood decor and an emphasis on drink pairings. There’s a business-casual dress code and strict reservation policy, and meals last about two-and-a-half hours.
